View and make minor changes to your plans or diagrams with A9CAD, a CAD program that contains all the tools you need to view and modify 2D designs.

Compatible with DWG and DXF standards, this program lets you create new detailed designs, using the regular functions: add points, draw lines, create angles, divide surface, modify geometry, align elements, or annotate design.

all though limited great for doing minor edits to dwg files especially because its free it may be all you need.

  • edits dwg dxf files much like autocad 14

  • limited commands but still nada considering its free
